Entered through the hallway with room for coats and boots, leading to the spacious open plan living area. Ground Floor Sitting Area: Open plan with seating for 9/10, TV / DVD player and Sky TV are available. Kitchen: Equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and extractor fan, the adjoining dining table seats 10. Family bedroom (sleeps 4) - 2 x zip link single beds (Double bed available on request), 1x standard single bed, 1x pull out single bed and a wood burning stove. Sitting room: French doors lead to patio area, wood burning stove with an ample supply of logs, sofas (1 sofa bed), TV/DVD, WiFi Kitchen: breakfast bar, washing machine, fridge, electric oven, electric hobs, microwave oven and kettle. Dining table seats four Galleried twin bedroom (sleeps 2), 2 single beds Family bathroom on the ground floor, bath, integral shower Outside Secluded garden (not enclosed) with BBQ, patio and seating for 4. Private covered off road parking for two cars. Shared use of outside swimming pool and tennis courts. Other things to note This is a carbon neutral development and all heating is supplied by the estates own coppiced woodland at no charge to the holidaymaker. In addition, much of the electricity comes from a renewable source. All logs for the wood burner are provided free of charge. Guests use the pool facilities at their own risk, and due to harsh chemicals used for maintenance purposes some skin types may react. Please note the pool is heated, and available from Good Friday to 31st October, but is weather dependent. Pool towels are provided. Coal BBQ's available from beginning of April - end October. Coals not provided. Pets are welcome. Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged. Please note check in is 3pm and check out is 10am.
