From here you can access the terrace, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with access to a balcony, as well as a spacious, modern bathroom with a bathtub, an accessible shower, a large vanity, and a toilet. The light-flooded gallery room in the attic offers a modern sitting couch, a pull-out couch and access to another balcony with partial lake view. The location is perfect: quiet yet central, only 2 minutes walk from Lake Constance. Shops for everyday needs, restaurants and public transport are very close. Explore the surroundings during walks along the lake shore, hike through the nearby nature reserve to Bodman or bike rides directly along the lake. After an active day you can enjoy a refreshing dip in Lake Constance with excellent water quality. Private parking is right by the house. Important note: A laundry package is available per guest, which includes a shower towel, a normal towel, bed linen and sheets.
