From here you can reach the terrace, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with access to a balcony and a spacious, modern bathroom with bathtub, barrier-free shower, large washbasin and toilet. The light-flooded gallery room in the attic offers a modern sofa, a sofa bed and access to another balcony with a partial lake view. The location is perfect: quiet yet central, just a 2-minute walk to Lake Constance. Shops serving everyday needs, restaurants and public transportation are in the immediate vicinity. Explore the surroundings with walks along the lake shore, hikes through the nearby nature reserve to Bodman or bike tours directly along the lake. After an active day, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in Lake Constance with excellent water quality. Private parking is right by the house.
