AT THE DOVE OF THE ARTEAUX

This single-story house includes a dining room with wood fire, a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 200) (baby bed, blanket and bathtub if needed) and a sink, a seating area with a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, a TV and armchairs, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, toilet, electricity included. The exterior consists of garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers. Pets are allowed but limited to 2. The space retired mason craftsman passionate about restoring old buildings, I built a house to which I have devoted all my free time for many years. It is a brand new house mainly made of mud and wood frame, from old and ecological materials. This 75 m² vacation home for 4 people is brand new and was built by its owner from old, ecological materials and mainly in cob and timber frame. The back of the property is not part of the rental but serves as a garden for the owners and a meadow for a sheep and a pony. The check-in day is flexible except during school holidays. The rental of sheets is included. Cleaning fee €50 if it is not done at the end of the stay. Other things to note The tenant is requested to state whether or not they are bringing their pet, and only one animal is allowed
