Ocean, lighthouse, and park views in Manchester

You will love to stay at our home in Manchester because of the beautiful ocean, lighthouse, and farmland views. Enjoy the 2.5 mile loop that originates at the front door and delivers beautiful State park and farmland views on your way to and from the beach. You can walk and hike all day or just hang out on the beach and have a picnic. You will probably have the beach mostly to yourself, with the exception of passing whales and sea lions. The space There are 2 master suites downstairs in this reverse floor plan home designed to maximize ocean views from the living space on the second floor. There is also a deck on the second level and a large open kitchen with all of the standard equipment including dishwasher, coffee pot, and full size appliances. There is a breakfast nook with ocean and farmland views in addition to a dining area with a full size table. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The living room is also upstairs with views of the ocean and lighthouse (on all but the most foggy days) and a large wood-stove to make it nice and toasty on cold evenings. Once the sun sets, use the WiFi and Netflix to watch something fun on the 50" television. There is a half bath and laundry upstairs as well. Downstairs, there are two master suites; each complete with a separate dressing room and bathroom. The bathrooms include a shower/tub combo. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of a storage area on the second level that will be locked. Other things to note Be sure to walk to the beach if the weather is even remotely nice. Dolan's Pub in Elk has the best food around (call them for hours). There is a store that is quite well stocked 1.7 miles south of our home. Point Arena is just a few miles to the south. Drive to the lighthouse for a tour and to climb the tallest lighthouse on the west coast. Once you are there, you can walk across miles of public lands. There is no shortage of walking/hiking and amazing ocean view opportunities available in the Manchester and Point Arena areas. The village of Mendocino is a gorgeous half hour drive to the north. The area between is dotted with amazing places to explore including Elk, Little River, Albion, and Big River.
