This charming chalet has an excellent location, close to the centre of Nendaz while remaining close to nature. Enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains opposite, ideal to recharge your batteries! Private sauna to relax after a good day in the mountains! The space You enter the chalet on an intermediate floor. Entrance with storage and space to place your shoes. Top floor: Bedroom 1: double bed with en-suite bathroom (shower + WC) Bedroom 2: pull-out bed = 1 single bed convertible into a double bed Bedroom 3: trundle bed = 1 single bed convertible into a double bed 1 bathroom with shower and WC Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and TV corner Access to the terrace The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 cheese fondue pots and a raclette set (gourmet) and a sodastream. Wood-fired BBQ Guest toilet Lower floor : Bedroom 4: 2 single beds - side by side - access to the outside Bedroom 5: 2 single beds - side by side - access to the outside 1 bathroom with shower and WC Sauna All bathrooms have a hair dryer. There are 3-4 parking spaces in front of the chalet, the garage is used as a ski room with a boot dryer (so you can't park a car in there). The chalet has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Good to know: In case of snow in winter, access often requires chains or a 4 * 4 vehicle. Other things to note Good to know:   Included in the cleaning fee and for the number of people indicated at the time of booking: - beds made on arrival - towels - final cleaning   Optional: - Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair) - 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person Wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the BBQ is to be provided by the tenant. Groups of young people are not allowed. Bachelor parties or other noisy parties are not allowed. We thank you in advance for respecting this.
