Modern villa, 3 floors. G.f. livingroom, kitchen, 1bathroom, garden. 1th floor: 2bedrooms, 1bathroom. Free parking, supermarket at 50meters. Even if you are only with 2 persons, the apartment will be blocked completely only for you. BASIC PRICE for MINIMUM 2 pers. excl. breakfast. Each additional guest pays €25 pppn. regardless of season. Special prices for children. If a camping bed is required (children 0 to 3 years), a one-off payment of €50 is required regardless of the number of days. The space CASA SALSA LIBRE is situated in a residential area in the village Selargius (30.000 inhabitants) at 10 minutes distance (by car) from the capital and the sea. Our villa has three floors including 2 for our guests. The basement (apartment 1) is for the owners and the ground floor and 1st floor (apartment 2) is intended for our guests. Parking is FREE and you have a big supermarket in front of your apartment. Officially we have 4 sleepingplaces/beds. Each room features AIR CONDITIONING (hot air for the winter). Each room has also MOSQUITONET.   BREAKFAST: The kitchen is fully equipped so you can decide whether you make your breakfast by yourself and get up when you want, or that your breakfast should be served. You have also a lot of bars directly in the neighbourhood were you can get a cup of coffe with croissant for not even €2 The supermarket is located directly in front of your apartment. If we have to serve your breakfast it will be between 9 - 10 o' clock with an extra charge of 5 euros per person per day. Regarding the local rules and laws we can only serve prepackaged products. DIVISION: GROUNDFLOOR: Livingroom, fully furnished kitchen, bathroom with a bath and a garden with barbeque. On the terrace you have a washmachine for washing your clothes. 1st FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. You can also put the beds together. 1 bathroom with shower PRICES: The prices are based on MINIMUM 2 persons. Starting from the third person there will be a discount. The price includes gas, water, electricity, sheets and towels. CLEANING: For the final cleaning we charge one-time € 35 Towels are changed whenever you need. Guest access The guests have their own private entrance on the ground floor. Other things to note MINIMUM NIGHTS: 01-01 tot 31-03 = minimum 2 nights 01-04 tot 30-06 = minimum 3 nights 01-07 tot 31-08 = minimum 7 nights 01-09 tot 31-10 = minimum 3 nights 01-11 tot 31-12 = minimum 2 nights PRICE COMPOSITION: THE PRICE IS PER TWO PERSONS PER NIGHT WITHOUT BREAKFAST! You have your own fully equipped kitchen and large supermarket right across the street. If we have to take care of the breakfast, there will be 5 euro per person per day extra charge and there will be fixed times for breakfast (9-10 am) DISCOUNT ACCOMMODATION: For all persons AFTER the second person a special reduced rate will be charged. RATES for CHILDREN: Children under 3 years of age: On request we can place a campbed for children under 3 years old. To place a campbed we ask a fee of 5 euros per night. If you bring your own campbed or the child sleeps with you, the stay for children under 3 years is free. Children 3 - 5 years are charged EUR 15 per night. Children 6 - 11 years are charged EUR 20 per night From 12 years old they pay the price of the adults. SPECIAL OFFERS: At the place we can also offer you beachbeds/umbrellas/beachtowels and a navigationsystem for your car. For each thing you pay once €10 and you can use the things the whole time you stay.
