There is a strong Wi-Fi signal in the house for those who can’t unplug. Want to relax? Lounge beside the heated, infinity pool with a glass of Provencal rose or barbecue on the Mas' terrace, while soaking in the sight of olive and cherry trees and the smell of lavender and rosemary. Feel adventurous? Explore the nearby, famous perched villages of Bonnieux, Gordes, Lacoste, Roussillon and Menerbes (all within 20 – 30 km); shop the renowned Saturday market in Apt (9 km) or the antique market in L’isle sur la Sorgue (41 km); hike the Colorado Provencal (16 km); or rent a road or mountain bike and discover hundreds of kilometers of Luberon cycling routes. For those who want to explore farther afield, Avignon and Aix-en-Provence are about 1 hour away. The hillside, village of Saint Martin-de-Castillon is 3 kilometers from the Mas and has a restaurant, a weekly farmers market and small supermarket / convenience store, which can deliver bread and pastries to the house daily. Several other nearby villages within a 10-minute drive, like Caseneuve, Viens and Cereste, and the town of Apt have butchers, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, ice cream and restaurants. Apt, 15 minutes from the Mas is also home to several, large supermarkets (Intermarche, Leclerc, Auchan, LIDL). The rental rate includes sheets, towels, a mid-week and final cleaning, a welcome pack and the 'meet & greet' service. Additional services like babysitting, cook, other housekeeping and bike rentals can be arranged upon request.
