This custom built luxury tiny house features a "reverse loft" setup with an upstairs living space accessible by stairs (6+ ft headroom) and dedicated bedroom with privacy barn door below (4+ ft headroom). The bedroom has a king size Nectar mattress, black out curtains, and smart TV. Talk about cozy! The living room, outfitted with a 40in smart TV, has a convertible sofa which can provide additional sleeping for 1. After passing through the well equipped galley style kitchen, featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, you enter the "not so tiny" bathroom. The bathroom, separated by a barn door, has a standard residential toilet (no composting here!), washer/dryer combo, 36inx36in shower, and vanity with sink. Plenty of space to get ready for enjoying a day exploring Beaufort without disturbing other guests! Above the bathroom is a second sleeping area, accessed by removable latter, with a full size bed and room for storage. Dimmable LED lighting throughout the home. Enjoy the entire tiny house and designated outdoor space with propane firepit! Parking for 1 vehicle marked by "tiny house" sign. Please feel free to call, text or email! The best way to get from point A to B is by car or bike. We have 2 adult size bicycles available for guest use upon request. The tiny house is on property shared with our residence. Please note that we do have 2 large dogs who, from time to time, may bark when out in our fenced in yard. We will always be cognizant and considerate of our guests, but dogs will be dogs!
