The space The accommodation The house is on one level and is presented as follows: Day area: - Living room with 2 sofas, TV, dining table. - Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery... - Office. - Separate toilet. Night area - Bedroom 1: queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). - Bedroom 2: king-size double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), convertible into 2 single beds on request. - Bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer. The exterior - Private unheated swimming pool, 6 m x 3 m, accessible all year round (not secured). - Private terrace of 15 m² facing east/west, equipped with garden furniture and a plancha. - Private garden of 200 m² with 4 deckchairs, 2 chiliennes, all shaded by a straw hut and an olive tree.
