BUILDING INFORMATION Black Bear Lodge Features Closest Lodge to the Ski Slopes – As close as you can possibly get to the ski slopes in Keystone without the high price of the ski-in / ski-out places. You can literally SEE the ski slopes of Keystone Resort from Black Bear Lodge Condos. Underground parking garage – Heated underground parking means that you won’t be scraping ice off your car. Of course, you won’t be doing that anyway since the slopes are right next to Black Bear Lodge and you don’t actually need to drive anywhere when you vacation in Keystone and stay here! Outdoor hot tub/pool – Just outside the Black Bear Lodge Condo complex is an outdoor hot tub. Watch the skiers race down the slopes of Dercum Mountain, right from the tub. Access to an outdoor pool is just a few steps away at Dakota Lodge Condos. The spa area features a private changing room. Ski Storage – Right as you walk into the lobby of Black Bear Lodge, there is ski storage so you don’t have to lug all of your gear up to the room. As you head to Keystone’s gondola in the morning, just grab your skis and head out! Central to River Run Village – Black Bear Condos are right in the middle of all the excitement of River Run Village. Restaurants and shops are only a few steps away. Better yet, the Inxpot coffee shop is in the same building! Amazing Common Area! – Black Bear Lodge Common Area was recently remodeled, increasing space and comfort! Located on the first floor, a reading nook with leather couches will allow you to relax while diving into your favorite novel. The room just off of this area includes a pool table, for the kids to improve their skills! Maybe a member of your group does not plan on skiing while on vacation, this is a great area to entertain in as well. Free Wireless Internet Access – High-speed internet access is provided within Black Bear Lodge. If you are staying in the condos you will receive a password on your lodging confirmation for the Black Bear Condos. Super convenient if you need to work or be online while visiting Keystone Resort. Laundry Rooms – Two laundry rooms are available for guest use in Black Bear Lodge. One is on the 2nd floor, the other is on the 3rd floor. Laundry is coin-operated. BBQ Grill – Located right next to the hot tub, the shared gas grill is there for you to prepare a wonderful barbecued meal for your family vacation in Keystone.
