For 5 guests, each person gets their own room; however, thanks to the high-quality box spring beds, two people can also sleep in each room without any problems. Enjoy your time on the balcony or in your own garden. A big plus for groups: Up to 6 vehicles can be parked right by the house. Ideal for motorsport fans and hikers! The space Our dog-friendly, spacious house is located on a quiet street near the NÜRBURGRING and many TRAUMPFADEN (Dream Trails) for hiking enthusiasts. It has 5 lovely rooms. Two of them are located on the ground floor, three rooms are located on the 1st floor. Amenities highlights • Sleeping comfort: 4 rooms feature high-quality box-spring beds (140 × 200), a mirror, a desk, and a wardrobe. The 5th room has a modern single bed. • Smart home & security: The house is modernly furnished with electric roller shutters and Bluetooth-controlled lighting, incl. Music playing in the lounge and outdoor cameras for your safety. • Entertainment: A smart TV (satellite TV), Wi-Fi, and a cozy lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen are available. Exterior & location • Garden oasis: The garden, newly designed in 2020, features a terrace with a dining table and romantic lighting for cozy wine evenings. • Perfect location: Located in 56727 Mayen-Hausen, you can easily reach Mayen's downtown area on foot, by bike (bike path directly above the house), by bus, or by car. • Attractions: Lake Laach, various museums, and, of course, the Traumpfade hiking trails are very close by.
