This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment. Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen. No animals are allowed. For undisclosed pets/ service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and $500 cleanup fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee. *Deposit Collection* (Only in the case of Pets and Underage guests) In the case of any deposit collection, we will need a picture of your government ID and a picture of the credit card used matching your ID.
