VILLA MATISA is located in Muronico, a hillside village very close to Argegno. It is an elegantly renovated villa, arranged on three floors, and consists of: large living room and eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an additional service bathroom and a large outdoor space with patio, lake-view garden and hot tub. The villa has a hot tub, Wi-Fi, TV, heating and air conditioning. The space VILLA MATISA is a modern villa, elegantly renovated and with attention to every detail. The villa features modern and stylish furnishings and is arranged on three floors, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Como. The 'entrance welcomes us with the first bedroom with two single beds, TV area and a large full bathroom with tub. Going up to the first floor the large and bright living area with fireplace, sofa and dining table, overlooks a wonderful outdoor space with patio, large garden and Jacuzzi. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Next to the kitchen there is also a service bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor is the sleeping area consisting of two large and bright double bedrooms with TV and ensuite bathrooms with shower. The villa has a large outdoor garden space furnished with a table, sunbeds, and Jacuzzi. The villa can accommodate 6 people and has air conditioning in every room and wi-fi internet present throughout the house. Guest access VILLA MATISA is easily accessible by car and, although it does not have a private parking space, it offers convenient public parking spaces located right in front of the entrance gate.
