Tastefully and elegantly furnished, it is an oasis of peace in the heart of southern Tenerife, just 20 km from Tenerife South Airport. The villa is spread over three levels and features 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 6 satellite TVs, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, and a capacity for up to 12 people. The property is very bright, surrounded by large windows with sea views. It offers a heated private pool with an outdoor shower, table tennis, a barbecue, and outdoor furniture, including sun loungers, umbrellas, a dining table with chairs, and sofas. Parking for 2/3 cars with direct access to the villa—no stairs! On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room overlooking the garden, equipped with two sofas, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a PlayStation 4. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, oven, and everything needed for cooking. The kitchen is fitted with a water filter that allows you to drink high-quality water directly from the tap, eliminating the need to buy and carry bottled water. This not only saves money in the long run but also reduces plastic waste, contributing to environmental sustainability. On this floor, there are also two double bedrooms, each with a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, plus an additional guest toilet. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a double shower, a walk-in wardrobe, and sea views. There is also a small bedroom with a sea view, a 1.50m sofa bed, and a balcony overlooking the garden. The lower floor includes a small gym, a foosball table, a double whirlpool bath, and two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The villa is equipped with photovoltaic solar panels—an excellent way to make the property more eco-friendly and reduce reliance on conventional energy sources. If you own an electric vehicle, you’re in luck! The villa has a charging station with a CCS2 cable to meet your charging needs. The property also features a security alarm system and external video surveillance. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are included. No youth groups allowed. For check-in after 10:30 PM, an additional fee must be paid upon arrival. If the keys are lost, a fee of €100.00 will be charged. If the remote control is lost, a fee of €60.00 will be charged. There are several bars, a small supermarket, restaurants, a hairdresser, and a veterinary clinic within walking distance. To get to the beach, renting a car is recommended, but many electric scooters are available in the area, and taxis are quite affordable. Within just 2 km, you can reach Duque or Fañabé beach. 800 meters away, you will find the Gransur Shopping Center, which includes shops, restaurants, and a cinema!
