Beautiful stone house for 6 people located on a hill in the S’Espinagar area, near Calas de Mallorca. ETV/10446 The space A country road leads us to the house. With a magnificent stone facade, we enter the house from the back, from the private parking lot. Inside we find a three-part large living room. The first part is in front of the sofa and a cast iron fireplace. Through an arch we reach the second part, which is designed as a dining room with a large table and a fully equipped open kitchen with beautiful oak colored furniture. Dining, living room and kitchen lead directly to the outside terrace. On the ground floor we also find a toilet and a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom in suite with a shower. On the 2nd floor is a bedroomwith a double bed and bathroom in suite and another room with two single beds. Last on this floor is a full bathroom with bathtub. The outer terrace, last, is spacious and completely covered; there is a table to eat outside and enjoy the wonderful view. On the side of the house is a swimming pool and next to it an artificial lawn area with sun loungers. The house has central heating, air conditioning in one bedroom, WIFI connection and satellite TV.
