Welcome to our cozy and well-maintained home, designed exclusively for female professionals seeking a comfortable and peaceful short- or mid-term stay. This is a private room rental within a host-occupied home, not an entire home rental. Guests enjoy the privacy of their own furnished room while sharing select common areas with the host and other guests. Important: This is a personal residence, not a tenant-landlord rental arrangement. Booking confirms agreement to all house rules. The space You will have the pleasure of enjoying a private room equipped with a smart TV/Roku, allowing you to log into your preferred streaming platforms for entertainment. Additionally, you will have access to the shared bathroom on the upper floor, the kitchen, the sitting room on the main floor. Please note that the lower level of the home is reserved exclusively for the host. Enjoy your stay in this comfortable and accommodating space! Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the common areas of the home during their stay. However, access to the basement and garage is restricted unless requested and approved by the host. Guests have access to the kitchen, sitting room on the main floor, and shared bathroom on the upper level. Washer & Dryer access by request, available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. No access is permitted to the lower level, basement, or garage unless explicitly approved by the host. Reminder: This is the host’s personal residence, where individual rooms are rented for temporary stays. Guests are renting a private room only and have shared access to designated common areas as a courtesy. During your stay This is my personal residence, individual rooms are rented to guest for short or mid-term durations. Other things to note Please be advised that there is a cat and dog in the house. If you have any allergies to cats, please take this into consideration before booking your stay. Room Rental Agreement: This is an individual room rental. While the host grants access to shared common areas, the agreement is specifically for the rented room only. Female Professionals Only: The available rooms are catered to working and traveling FEMALE professionals. If you're traveling with a friend, you’re welcome to book another available room in the same house to stay together while maintaining individual privacy. Shared Space Etiquette: Long-term guests are expected to clean up after themselves in common areas (e.g., wipe countertops, sweep after doing hair or cooking) to keep the space clean and enjoyable for all. Regularly supplied essential toiletries: Enjoy the convenience of regularly stocked essential toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, and towels. Important Rules: No Smoking: Smoking in the property will result in a $400 fumigation fee and immediate eviction. Mailing Rules: At no time can you list this property as your mailing address; it cannot be used for guest permanent residency. No Unauthorized Overnight Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Final Notes This is a welcoming home in a quiet cul-de-sac, not a hotel. We appreciate guests who value cleanliness, respect, and a peaceful environment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all house rules and policies.
