Beautiful PRIVATE Oasis - On the River's Edge

Close to everything & right on the Mousam River’s edge, this guest suite is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The suite is located on the walk-out lower level of our home, with a private, ground-level entrance through French doors off the driveway. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room/kitchen area with a queen sofa bed, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower. We’re just a 10-minute walk from downtown Kennebunk, a 4.5-mile drive to the beach. The space The suite is located on the Mousam River. You will have have a private entrance to the suite along with a private deck and patio. The patio and backyard as well as the dock are yours to enjoy. Relax while viewing our beautiful perennial gardens. The space you will be staying in is very private. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal at home. The dining table is perfect to use as a dedicated work space. Guest access You will have access to the entire suite. The back yard is yours to enjoy. We have a dock on the river. Feel free to bring your own kayaks/canoe. Our back yard is your back yard. We have 4 beach chairs, beach towels and a beach pass available to you. We have up to two parking spots for guests. Other things to note Our kitchen has a mini fridge with a small freezer. There is a hot plate with 2 burners, microwave and toaster oven. As well as all the utensils, pots and pans you'll need. We also have an electric grill for outdoor use. We do supply beach chairs and towels along with a beach pass. There is a laundromat in downtown Kennebunk. Four person limit. No parties.
