As a result, this apartment may be more fully furnished than other dedicated accommodations. >Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort. >Security cameras - For security & safety of the building, the body corporate operate security cameras that monitor the doors and vehicles in the parking area. >Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm). >Late arrivals are available by agreement only.
