One has a King size bed and the second has 3 single beds. Private brand New Hot Tub (in Feb 2022) Newly refurbished bathroom with large walk in rain shower (no bath) There are attractive gardens that surround the property and an amazing pub restaurant 5 minute walk next to the river. 2 bedrooms. Total sleeping 5 guests maximum Guest access Parking at property Entrance through Keybox at your convenience. Other things to note This property is available for celebration holidays where you are welcome to hold a party, however you cannot invite additional guests to the event. Only those staying at the property are permitted on site up to the maximum number that the property sleeps. Also please bear in mind there are local neighbours so please be mindful of noise and the time as you would in any situation. No live bands permitted. No music after 11.00 pm. Many thanks.
