The space The chair lift of the skiing area Horneggli is directly accessible behind the chalet (ski-in/ski-out), as well as the ski paradise for children. The Schönried railway station is within walking distance (approx. 700m), as are the dairy, butcher’s shop and bakery for everyday needs. The flat has an uncovered parking space. 4x4 or snow chains are recommended in winter (steep access). The flat is newly furnished and has a bedroom with double bed (2x80x200cm) and a sofa bed in the living room (150x200cm, for max. 1 adult or 2 children). Open kitchen with dining table (furnished among other things with induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, dishwasher, Turmix Espresso Maschine TX, fondue-raclette- set). TV sets in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. Combined washing machine/tumble dryer in a seperate room.
