It’s the perfect base for a relaxed coastal stay in Deal. The space This home is part of the Coaste collection, a small boutique agency on the Kent coast. We’re all about stylish homes, insider tips and making sure your holiday feels easy from start to finish. Here’s why this home always makes us smile… Benefiting from private off-road parking for 2 cars and a beautifully designed secure dog friendly garden with panoramic views over horses grazing on open farmland. Deal town, with its eclectic mix of independent shops and fabulous eateries, is a gentle 20-minute stroll along the promenade, with its breathtaking ever-changing views across the English Channel. Lovingly decorated in cheerful colours with cosy soft furnishings and hotel quality white linens and towels, this lovely property oozes comfort at its heart. Cool and calm in the summer, warm and cosy in the winter. 
 The Space: Fully equipped open plan kitchen including table and seating for 4 people leading to spacious airy lounge with views over the pretty garden to the fields beyond. Ample seating with sumptuous cushions and throws provide a lovely place to relax, read a book or curl up in front of the electric fire on a winters day. Maybe a game of scrabble is more your thing? There’s a selection of board games available too. Upstairs there are 2 good sized bedrooms with extra comfy beds, perfect for sinking into after a day exploring Deal and the surrounding area and blackout blinds/curtains to enhance a good night’s sleep. Bedroom 1: with king size bed and views to rear. Bedroom 2: has 2x3ft single beds and is a lovely quiet room with plenty of storage. There’s also a comfy sofa bed in the lounge should 1 of the 4 guests require his/her own bed. Bathroom: spacious shower. 
 Outside, accessed through large glass patio doors, is a decking area with parasol, table and seating for 4. The perfect place to enjoy a drink or meal whilst watching stunning sunsets. The pretty secure garden has been specially designed with your 4-legged friends in mind. There’s also a large lockable shed to store your valuable sports equipment and bikes out of harm’s way. And we'd like you to know there's: - a free standing fan - TV with Freesat box - selection board games - electric wood burner - fire blanket and fire extinguisher - bathtub and shower - hotel quality bed linens - fridge freezer - outdoor table and seating - parasol - sunlounger - secure shed 
 Out and About: Getting around is easy. The heart of Deal and its shops, restaurants and train station is easily accessible by foot as is the beach at Sandown Castle (6mins) where dogs are permitted all year round and Royal Cinque Ports Golf Club (5mins) There are numerous footpaths close by for exploring and dog walking. Two major supermarkets, Sainsbury’s and Lidl are a 5-minute drive away. There are also 2 convenience stores a 5-minute walk from the house. A must is a visit to the Saturday market with its fantastic selection of bric-a-brac, clothing and local produce stalls. Deal benefits from a huge selection of fantastic eateries and pubs. From independent coffee shops, restaurants for breakfast, brunch, lunch, family supper or a five-star evening meal – there’s somewhere to suit everyone. Many places offer take away services and you can’t beat good old fish and chips by the sea! What to bring: - The property is completely self catering, so please bring any food you will want during your stay to cook with for example a special oil or herb (we clear the cupboards before each guest, so we'd prefer you to be prepared rather than disappointed if we do not have something you need). - Please also bring with you any toiletries that you wish to use such as body-wash, shampoo and conditioner as we do not leave these things (we do leave hand soap though, but personal things such as shampoo, body wash, deodorant we do not). - Guests often ask us if we leave towels and bedding - yes we do! We will leave a bath towel for each guest as well as a hand towel for the bathroom/s. We also provide items such as a tea towel, dish cloth/sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, and loo roll.
