The large living and dining area both have signature furnishings, unique to Villa Terra. These open on to the Chef’s kitchen and dining terrace, which boast views of the pool, forest and vineyard. All rooms on the first floor access the large veranda that overlooks the vineyard and surrounding forest. Enjoy the views from its large hot tub. For outdoor dining, the traditional Istrian covered terrace beside the pool, with its wood-burning stove, offer an ideal dining arrangement for up to 12 people. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedroom 1, the villa’s master bedroom, has an Euro king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has direct access to the large terrace and its hot tub. The terrace is also accessible from the hallway. Bedroom 2, has an Euro king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Its terrace has sun loungers. HEATING OF THE POOLS Two private pool is heated upon request for an additional 500€ per week per pool, and 300€ for less than a week per pool - weather-related temperature Istria Nuova d.o.o. can provide heated swimming pools when the outdoor temperature does not drop below 5°C during the day and night.
