Finca el Rincón

The spacious "Finca el Rincón", which boasts mountain views, is located in Arona and consists of 4 individual apartments that are equipped with Wi-Fi, cable TV, washing machine, dryer, children's books, a crib and a high chair. The property, in total, has enough space to accommodate 10 people. Other things to note The "La Casita del Rincón" cabin has a room with a living room with a sofa bed, a sleeping area with an extra large bed, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. The property has a private outdoor area with 2 terraces (open and covered) where you can relax and admire the beautiful mountains. The 3 studios "Estudio Tajinaste", "Estudio Cardón" and "Estudio Verode" each consist of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, so 2 people can stay per apartment. In the building there is also a larger kitchen and a gym, both common. In the shared outdoor area you will find a beautiful garden dotted with palm trees, a swimming pool (open all year round from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm), an outdoor shower and a ping-pong table. In about 5 minutes by car you will reach downtown Arona, where you will find several restaurants, cafes and bars, while the nearest supermarket is an 8-minute drive from the property (2.9 km). A 20-minute drive away is Playa de los Tarajales (12.7 km), ideal for relaxing on the sand and sunbathing. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed. There are some cats and a small dog that live on the property and belong to the owner, who lives in a separate house on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
