It is also placed 10 minutes walk from the first awarded Blue Flag Beach of Progreso, and the only Blue Flag Beach in Yucatán, and the famous Malecon. The space ***We are Pet friendly, but not for free, and there is a 30USD Pet Fee you must pay in cash to the security staff if you want to bring along your furry friend. Only 1 pet per unit allowed by the Condo Rules*** The unit #103A is located on the groundfloor of the Tower A - la Torre A. The unit has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a nice furnished terrace, including a BBQ, where you will be able to enjoy your breakfast or dinner or just relax surrounded by tropical trees. The unit has fiber optic which offers a +200 MB download and +60 MB upload internet speed, also DISH TV Channels. The unit includes a charcoal BBQ and a hammock, that can be used on the terrace opened to the patio. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and the second bedroom has 2 bunk beds, out of which one is individual and one is matrimonial. All furnishings and decorations are high quality and details oriented. Lots of windows and natural light when needed. All windows are equipped with ellegant sunshades. The bathroom is large and comfortable and generally speaking the unit is equipped with all the amenities that will make you feel at home in this piece of hidden Paradise. The rooftop is absolutely amazing, being furnished and equipped with a toilet and a barbeque, where you would only need to bring your preferred meat cuts and the needed coal or briquettes and enjoy a dinner al Fresco while admiring the lovely sea view. One step outside the main gate, you will see the beach to your left, just one block away, so follow the sandy path to the sea. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the common areas of the building such as: free parking on premises, where first come is first served, the swimming-pool with palapa and lounging/sitting areas, the shower and bathroom on the ground floor level, the picnic/dining area inside the patio, or rooftop terrace with palapa and bathroom. Other things to note ***Because many people ask***: 1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit. 2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge you the deposit at all, unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. However, Airbnb will block the amount on your card. 3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the unit and are unable to send you any more. 4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you. 5. ***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Any consumption will be charged at a rate of 3 pesos (about 15 US$ cents) per kWh, according to the meter readings at your check-in and check-out. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within a very reasonable and cheap consumption.*** 6. By the Residential Condominium Rules: the visitors are NOT allowed.
