Holiday flat "Die Rochusberger" in Bingen

Hello dear guests, our holiday flat is located in Bingens best neighborhood on the Rochusberg with wonderful view over rhine, forest and vineyards. The 2017 freshly renovated flat with own entry is in the base of our house in a quiet green area. You can reach everything by foot: 2 min to the forest and the vineyards, 7 min to the rhine and the ferry to Rüdesheim, 5 min to the next bakery, 2 min to the bus, 16 min to the next supermarket, 19 min to the train station. The space Our small but sweet apartment offers on 40 qm everything that you need for a relaxed stay: - bedroom with double bed 1,60 m x 2,00 m, bedding, workspace, WLAN - living room with TV and (bed)sofa - bathroom with combined shower / Mini-bathtub, bidet, hairdryer, towels - kitchen with oven, water boiler, toaster, spicery and coffee machine - baby travel bed and high chair on request (please specify when booking) The flat is In the Im Sommer ist die Wohnung pleasantly cool in the summertime and cosy warm thanks to underfloor heating in the winter. You can park free around the house. Guest access You can eat in the garden or take a sunbath. If you stay for more then 1 week we are happy to ferr washing machine and dryer in our basement. Your bikes can be parked in our garage. Other things to note Two friendly dogs belong to our family. Sometimes in summer they are in the garden.
