Completely walkable - everything from grocery stores, restaurants, shops/theatres to the local bike shop 2 blocks away. Our location also boasts close access to several hiking trailheads! The space Why you’ll love it - Complete privacy — your loft, your sanctuary - Vaulted, sun-filled living space with gorgeous views - Private balcony patio with two access doors - Plush King size bed and a Queen soda bed; Roku TV + fast Wi-Fi for work or streaming - Truly walkable: groceries (Natural grocers, Bashas, restaurants (Starbucks, Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen Sedona) Coffee shop (Sedona Coffee House), theaters, and bike shop just blocks away - Private fully shaded parking - Minutes to multiple hiking trailheads Access & sound notes: The lofts are on the second floor of a private building—about 15 stairs up. We’re close to the 89A corridor, which makes getting around easy, but you may hear occasional traffic. The loft includes a white-noise machine, and individually wrapped earplugs are available. Most guests rest comfortably, but if you’re very noise-sensitive, please consider this before booking. The loft is above a ground-floor spa; please be mindful during business hours. Guest access Access & parking: Enjoy complete privacy with contactless self check-in via the lockbox on your door. Your stay includes one reserved space (Loft 3) under the covered carport. If someone is in your spot, please leave a polite note and message us—you may also park along the fence directly across from the carport. Other things to note Note: There are 15 steps that lead up to the lofts. No pets (for guest allergies). Evidence of pets incurs a $250 sanitization fee. Late departures after 10:30am without prior approval incur a $100 fee. The bedroom entry does not have a door as the loft design embraces an open, flowing floor plan. Availability note: This building has 4 lofts; we host Lofts 1, 3 & 4. If your preferred loft isn’t available, please message us—another one may be open for your dates.
