Note: There is a public beach access 10 yards away on the Northside of our building while we await our new beach stairs. This beautifully remodeled unit with all of the best features of home is just a few steps to the beach! King sized bed is in the master bedroom with its own private bathroom, and 1 twin and 1 queen bed in the guest bedroom with bathroom off the hallway. There are 3 TVs with a premier cable package and the wireless internet is private and secure. Fully equipped with beach chairs and boogie boards, everything you need for a great stay at the beach is here in unit 204. Keyless entry for easy access. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Guest access Premier high def cable service and wifi, a washer/dryer in the utility closet, kiddie pool and a big pool and 2 gas grills at the cabana. Other things to note - Quiet time is between 10pm-9am - Pool closes at dusk - Please rinse off sand from beach toys and boogie boards before bringing back into the unit.
