Enjoy your stay in this 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home with a large private, tree-lined backyard with a new cedar porch swing. Oviedo is centrally located and is a short commute to Orlando's many attractions and surrounding beaches. It is the only Florida city to make it on the top 50 list of "Best Places to Live in America". The space This 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home was lovingly remodeled and tastefully decorated with comfort and convenience in mind. You will find: • a bright and clean home • well-stocked kitchen for your cooking needs with stainless steal appliances, service for 8 • individual servings of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer • salt and pepper (for health and safety reasons, other spices and condiments will not be offered) • newly renovated bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower • 2 bath towels per guest • full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room with laundry detergent and fabric softener provided • the living room with a designer sectional sofa, smart TV, and small desk if you need a work station • master bedroom with 1 queen bed, dresser, and a private bathroom • bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, dresser and a small children's table • bedroom 3 with a daybed that pulls out to make a king size bed, dresser, and cozy rug (let us know in advance if you would like the bed pulled out to a king) • bedroom 4 with a double bed with storage, a side table, and rattan chair Additionally, we have closets with hangers and ample storage, USB ports for easy charging, remotes for ceiling fans/lights, as well as comfortable new luxury gel memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. Outside you will find a spacious, private, fenced-in, newly landscaped yard with a covered patio, a table and chairs to enjoy a meal and the outdoors, a hammock, and an outdoor gas grill.
