The space We offer a spectacular location if you are visiting our area to see national parks, recreation, golfing, sporting events, or just wanting to soak up the sun! All Wheels park is two blocks away with large playground, splash pad, skateboard/bike jumps, and truly one of the world’s largest venue for skateboard and bicycle enthusiasts, or just a place to take your kiddos for a super fun time- all the while, let the men folk go up into the sand dunes (accessible from the dirt roads near our home) on side by sides or motorcycles. Our well-lit basement apartment is so quiet and coupled with our black out blinds, you will sleep like a baby. We offer reverse osmosis water on our kitchen sink. Games are included. You're just going to love our location and space. Guest access North Side path of residence leads to covered basement stairwell. Entrance with keyless door code provided by hosts on day of arrival. Other things to note Guest parties larger than 2 people will be charged an additional $25 per person. If more guests are wanting to stay, contact host for additional master bedroom with king bed for $50 extra per night. Guests will feel 100% separate from main house headquarters. This is a separate and locked basement apartment space for guests privacy and comfort.
