Basement is fully furnished with one large bedroom with a TV corner, a separate kitchenette with fridge and cookware, a full bathroom, and laundry. Entire basement is reserved for guests and is quiet and restful. Outdoor patio is accessible to guests as well. This space has been thoughtfully equipped to be a "home away from home" and is a good fit for short- or long-term stays. Close to public transportation. The space Private entrance is behind the house down a walkway with several steps down into the basement. Door has a code. Bedroom is carpeted and daybed can be two twins or connected to be a king and is quite comfy. Basement stays cool in the summer. Families with babies welcome - pack n play available on request. Host is happy to provide items to help you be comfortable during your stay. Upstairs is occupied by the hosts - a quiet couple in our 60's. You can on occasion hear upstairs movement (plans are being made to add floor insulation in the Fall). Street parking. Grocery and drug store within easy walking.
