Palm Springs Mountain View Retreat

This pet friendly condo is close to downtown Palm Springs on the north end near Uptown. The mountain is so close and is majestic and has a true spiritual feeling. Two bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and master bedroom has one king bed with balcony. There is a barbecue along with an eating area on the main patio. There are two sparkling swimming pools, two hot tubs and two tennis courts. (Close to Desert Regional Hospital.) Dogs welcome upon notice. The space This condo has been the sunshine retreat for our family for almost 30 years. It has eclectic decorations that belong to a family of artists . There is a dining area inside to eat and also off living room is a balcony where you are invited to use. There is a barbecue there and it is perfect for stargazing at night. There are two swimming pools (one is heated, the other one is larger and generally cooler, 2 hot tubs. There are 2 tennis courts... There are two giant dumpsters for trash and two big parking lots for offstreet parking. If you need indoor parking, that can be arranged just let me know. Downtown Palm Springs is about a 5 minute drive, There are TVs and cable in each room. There’s also high-speed Internet. This condo has been in my family for a long time. It is not new and super modern but has an eclectic collection of styles that worked beautifully together. Guest access Guests can use all amenities including pools tennis courts parking lots, etc. Places that are off use are a back closet area off my bathroom that I locked off. A closet in the small bedroom is locked off and full of my supplies. I do want to stress that I have a lot of my own personal things in the condo. Some people might be bothered by that. The guest smaller bedroom has a lot of linens in the closet. There are coat racks and other closing rods to hang your things on. Other things to note The smallish bedroom off of the living room has two twin beds. The back bedroom has one king bed. The unit is on the second floor. The stairs are a little bit narrow. I also want to note that the condo is not a total stark Airbnb property. It has quite an assortment of coats in the closet and tennis racquets and so I just wanted you to be aware that it is not like checking into a hotel and super stark. Feel free to use amenities that are there. If you do bring a dog, make sure that it is on a leash when you are outside. That is one of the rules of the property. You will see other people walking their dogs in the morning. I cannot allow cats, unfortunately because of allergies.
