Dog friendly fenced in yard located in Narrowburg!

Please read - I am in the process of installing a Heated all year round 12*20 Mod Pool with hot tub that will be off the back deck and will be fully installed spring of 2026, Keep checking in to see when it’s ready. It is in the process, so the lawn is a bit beaten up with trucks that came in initially for the install. It won’t affect your stay as the yard is huge. For when the pool- Hot Tub is ready: I will have life jackets available for your dogs, pool floaties for the humans:) There will be a waver that must be signed before arrival regarding the pool just to keep everyone safe, I will email this over after you have booked. I have created renderings to give you an idea of how the Mod Pool/ Hot Tub will look once finished, if you look at my IG Modern_Mini_Barn_Narrowsburg The pool will have a gate leading from my main back deck to a fully enclosed pool- Hot Tub coming spring 2026! ( not shown in the rendering) With one bedroom downstairs and one loft style space overlooking the living room, it can be used as a dedicated workspace. Note the loft space is not completely private. The Mini can sleep 2 guests and 2 dogs. When booking please add the correct number of people and dogs, there are no pet fees. High speed internet 500 Mbps! Where any dog breed or size is welcome to enjoy almost an acre of fenced In property! What makes my house that little bit extra special? Where else can you safely vacation with your dogs, just open the front or back door knowing they are in a secure fenced yard, I think that's priceless. I have RING solar lights all around the fence perimeter they are motion sensory, so you’ll never be in the pitch black also there are front and back porch lights. I do have LED collars for nighttime if you want to use also. The fence is 4ft high, with metal wiring so there are no openings. Some information on my home: I have Mitsubishi Mini splitters to keep the house cool during the summer and warm and cozy during the winter. I have installed a Universal EV charger & I also have the Tesla charger adapter too, no charge to use this. I have an outdoor fire pit (Solo Stove) with plenty of wood for you. I have had my backyard lawn treated to keep ticks at bay as much as possible, with an organic product. I recommend your dog/dogs should be on tick and flea prevention, aways check their coats before they come back inside. There is an outdoor propane grill so you can barbecue, there is a full Propane tank included (during winter this is put away) I have a real wood burning fireplace, there is plenty of fire starters and wood. The Bedroom is downstairs, and the loft area is on the second floor, perfect place to read a book, workout or do some office work. The house has a stackable washer/dryer, range oven, fridge with freezer & a Cuisinart Air Fryer + Convection Toaster Oven in one. A Keurig & Nespresso machine with tons of flavored coffee/tea/hot chocolate & milk frothed. I have a pour over coffee set and coffee grinder. There is a SAMSUNG 55-inch TV in the living room. Roku stick is available, Echo dot in the bedroom and an old school Polaroid instant camera with film under the hallway table. (May need charged) In the loft area I have some basic gym equipment. 2 Yoga mats, resistance bands and weights for anyone looking to keep their fitness routine. Outdoor games, I have a Corn hole set, which is behind the sofa in the loft & tons of indoor games upstairs in the loft! DOG INFO: 2 dog limit, please send a copy of Vaccines before check in. There are strict leash laws in Narrowsburg so please always keep your pup on leash when on walks & respect the neighbors. I have left poop bags, dog bowls, dog beds, covers for the couch & bed, paw wipes, all-natural tick spray, treats, towels, toys for your pups! In the laundry room, I have left a basket of multi color towels that can be used for your dogs to dry them off. Always double check the gates are fully locked, before letting your dog's off leash in the backyard, never leave them unattended. If you're going on walks and hikes outside of my fenced in property, please have your dog/dogs on leash at all times. It is hunting season right now so your dog should wear a bright color coat or bandana, ideally orange. There are deer everywhere, please drive slowly. Guest access Guests has full use of the home. I cannot stress enough that on walks outside of the fenced in yard your dogs should always be on leash, leash laws. There are deer everywhere, neighbors walking their dogs and cars. Don’t risk it, especially when I’ve created a very safe almost an acre fenced in yard for your dogs to enjoy. There is wildlife in the area so please never leave food or trash out. There are security cameras covering exterior of the gate driveway, front and back lawns that are 24/7. Please do not invite and have extra friends stay, unless you have ok'd with me. Please use the shoe covers or take your shoes off while inside the home. No vaping/smoking inside or on the deck as smoke travels inside. Please don't over stack the inside or outside firepit/fireplace, sparks can jump and cause fires easily. I have a backup Generator so no need to ever worry about a power outage! Other things to note We have routine plowing during snowstorms, but we highly recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle for guests booking during the winter months. Sometimes the GPS stops short of my house. Keep in mind it's on a corner lot. !
