Window A/C units are installed in the bedrooms during the summer months as a backup. Guest access The entire apartment is yours! During your stay you will have shared access to the driveway for one vehicle. The driveway extends from the street to alley. Street parking is also available. Keycode entry is used to enter the building and apartment. Other things to note As it goes with old homes, this place is not free of its quirks. Currently, the HVAC system is shared by the two units in the home. The thermostat is located in the lower unit, but I do have remote access. I keep the heating and cooling at a comfortable temperature throughout the year. I’m addition, window A/C units are installed in each bedroom during warmer months as a backup. If you have an issue or request regarding this, just reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate you! The gorgeous original floors in this building can be creaky in spots. Sound machines are available in all bedrooms for light sleepers. Once inside the apartment, you will have stairs to climb (please see pics). The stairs will take you to the hallway of the apartment.
