This apartment is located in Jackson Heights Queens. It is about 25min away from Manhattan. 5min from subway 7 Line “90st Elmhurst Av" station. Your room is on Half basement, and has a just small window high on the wall. If you want big windows that let in the sun and outside viewing, you may prefer others. The space The apartment is fully remodeled in 2020 and we are the first tenant in this building. Everything was new at that time. New Bathroom and New Kitchen, also New floor and new painted wall. We clean apartment weekly and try to keep apartment clean. You have your own bedroom and 10bedroom 4bathroom apartment. You will share kitchen with 9 other rooms. You will share bathroom with 3 other rooms. Room size is about 100sqft It has twin size bed, closet, desk, chair, side table, and stand light. We clean apartment weekly and try to keep apartment clean. During your stay I am not living in this apartment, but feel free to text me if you have any question or any problem. You probably meet other roommates or airbnb guest often Other things to note ***** Before booking*********************** Under Fire Department of NY advisement, there is NO LOCK on the bedroom door, Only privacy bathroom lock is attached to the bedroom door. This is NOT like HOTEL, HOSTEL, GUEST HOUSE... There is no hoetl service like daily clean, 24 hour security guard etc. This room is located on the hald basement floor of the building. Therefore, due to the structure of the apartment building, this floor is more prone to problems with plumbing, insects etc. than other floors. Please consider making a reservation after knowing this in advance. And,this room is in a shared apartment unit. So, you have housemates. You need to share common places with housemates. I ask guests to prepare your amenity by yourself. Please understand that and make a reservation. I hope that you find a great place to stay in NY not only at my place. ************************************************ 【About Delivery package】 Basically, no package can be sent to this apartment. Like once a week, building owner checks package at building box. But it's not a definite frequency. You may have to wait over week. AND There are house rules. I think there are normal thing to live in a share house. But please check them before your booking. －Rules for Commons Space－ 1. Please keep common space clean.Please take shoes off. 2. Do not leave kitchen area while you are using kitchen stove. 3. Please keep the main door locked. 4. At night time, do not talk loudly and Please watch TV or movie with headphone. 5. No party, No Smoking, No Drugs 6. No Pet is arrowed. 7. Please do not leave your belongings in common space. Even if someone accidentally uses or throw it away. Host is not responsible for the loss. －Common Troubles－ 1. Bedbugs : In New York City, bedbugs are everywhere. 99% chance, you bring them into your room. If you bring it, you have to deal with the problem with your own cost before it spreads out. *Please ask host how to exterminate it. 2. Host is not responsible for any troubles between roommates or stolen or damages to personal belongings by unexpected problem like leaking. 3. If you lose your keys, it costs you $150 + material cost to replace it. Please prepare $150 when you receive a new key. 4. If you put yourself in-lock. Basically, you need to call lock smith by yourself. If our assistants are near that area when we get message about lockout, we may arrange someone to go there, but it cost you $60 for opening the door for you. However, it may take couple of hours or it could be next day. Optional - 1. If you need an AC (Air Conditioner), you can rent it for $3 per day.
