Plenty of room for parking including your trailered boat. Downstairs two bedrooms, with queen and double beds, upstairs bedroom with two 3/4 beds. Inflatable mattress. The space Charming and spacious cottage in quiet location just outside historic district. Room to park trailered boat. Beautifully furnished with antiques, art, quality beds and upholstered pieces. Huge gravel patio with fire pit, hammock, picnic table and vintage wrought iron furniture. New outdoor hot and cold water shower. Serious cooks kitchen, well equipped for casual or serious cooking and/or entertaining. 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort. Guest access The entire house and grounds. Single garage and owners closets not included. Other things to note Clamalot is beautifully furnished and finished from stem to stern. I bring a cat when I am here, and allow small house trained dogs at times. If you have pet allergies, there will be no refund should you decide to book. This is not a home suitable for young children. Clamalot is my second home that I share with guests. As such, it is full of beautiful and valuable things. No Ikea junk here! I hope you enjoy and appreciate it, and of course are careful of its contents. There are Amazon Alexa devices in living room, each bedroom and laundry room. These are not survellance devices. Feel free to unplug if the spook you, but remember to plug back in for future guests. There are two security cameras on front of house that monitor from the house to the street.
