Southern Belle Luxury Home, Hummer Cart, Sleeps 14

This spacious home on Fripp island that we call the Southern Belle boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Its grand staircase and Charleston-style porch is the epitome of Southern charm. Because of the location and amenities, the property is ideal for all age groups and has all the comforts of home combined with the luxury of a vacation get away near the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Enjoy fun-filled days on the beach and evenings spent sipping ice tea on the veranda. The space This spacious 3200 sf home, located in a secluded and peaceful setting, sleeps 14.  The beach is about three minutes away by golf cart.   There are two master suites - one upstairs and one down.  The home boasts a 20 x 36 great room, a 50-foot front porch with rockers, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, a screened porch on the back with skylights, large back deck with Weber grill, and gorgeous views filled with trees and wildlife. New wood floors, bedding, towels, kitchen essentials, etc., have been added this year. The first floor master suite boasts a 7-foot marble shower with two shower heads, jacuzzi, and king-size bed.  There are two other bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds; these share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The second floor master suite has a queen bed and a sofa sleeper.  The other second floor bedroom has two twin size beds, a full size bed, and a bathroom. A work area with computer and printer rounds out the second floor. All bedrooms have cable tv and ceiling fans. House has free wifi. There is plenty of parking for at least five cars. New 6-person cart and 4-person cart are available for additional fees. Fripp Island is a private, gated community that offers beautiful beaches, fishing, lots of wildlife, restaurants, and golf.  Fripp Club amenity cards can be purchased on your rental contract ($35 or $50 a week for each person, depending on the time of year) for access to seven island pools, exercise facility, island activities, golf, tennis, food court, and restaurants. Children under 13 do not need cards, and cards are not necessary to use beaches. We do not charge a security deposit with the understanding that if there are damages, your credit card will be charged. Please note that between Memorial Day and Labor Day we rent in weekly increments from Sunday to Sunday. Guest access There is plenty of parking for at least five cars. Most people navigate the island by golf cart, though. Again, the house is 3 minutes from the beach by cart.
