With access to the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, you can relax after a long day of adventuring in the mountains. Kitchen The fully equipped updated kitchen comes with everything you would need to cook a great meal. Plenty of counter space with granite countertops and open to the dining area, you will love this well-lit kitchen. Make some chili in the crockpot or cook Thanksgiving dinner! Dining Room Move from the kitchen to the dining room and you will find a large dining table for the entire group. Great eastern views are ideal at breakfast! Living Room This townhome has been remodeled with new carpet and furniture. Lots of seating in this large living room that overlooks the spacious deck! Guests will enjoy the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV after a day of fun in Keystone! Guest room Lots of space in this guest bedroom, now with a bed and single over single bunk beds this room is great for a couple or a small family or a group of friends! We have a central office located right in Keystone and offer our guests 24/7 services during their stay. We provide a starter supply of amenities, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and more. We provide housekeeping and maintenance services if needed during your stay. Daily housekeeping is not included but may be added for an additional fee. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME The standard check-in time is 4 pm. The standard check-out time is 10 am. In some cases, based on availability, there will be options for paid early check-in or late check-out, but can't be confirmed until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. BUILDING INFORMATION Tennis Townhomes Features Shuttle Stop – A free shuttle stop is right at the edge of the property and comes by every 20 minutes to take you anywhere in the Keystone area. Transferring buses at Keystone Mountain House, you can take another free shuttle anywhere in Summit County including other resorts such as Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Dillon. Shuttles run throughout the year and are always free. Parking - Tennis Townhomes allow 2 cars per unit to park on-site. There are steps from the parking lot to the unit. Tennis Courts- The name implies it all, but you are very close to the tennis center at Keystone so bring your racquet and enjoy a game while you are here in Keystone! High-speed Internet Access – Wireless Internet is provided within all condos at the Tennis Townhomes in Keystone. Keystone Mountain Views – Tennis Townhomes are up the side of the hill, so you can only imagine the views from the large deck. You can see the slopes of Keystone right from the front door. You will enjoy gorgeous mountain views as well as ski slope views from the condo. Walk to Keystone Lake – Enjoy a short walk along the pathways that lead to Lakeside Village. Keystone Lake is surrounded by restaurants and shopping. In the summer, enjoy canoeing and paddle boating, in the winter the lake becomes the largest Zamboni maintained ice surface in the Northern Hemisphere as they set up boards for an ice hockey rink as well as massive holiday lights displays. Take a fun day of ice skating with friends and family, Keystone Ice Rink is open all winter long! Close to Keystone Conference Center – Right next to the property is the Keystone Colorado Conference Center in case you’re in town on business. You are just a couple-minute walk to the Keystone Conference Center, and in bad weather, the free Keystone Resort shuttle bus can take you over to your next meeting. Club House – The Club House is located in front of the Tennis Townhomes, just north of US Hwy 6. Also indoors you will find a sauna in addition to the men's and women's changing rooms. Towels are provided for your convenience, but please remember to return them to the Club House before your departure. Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub – Enjoy a swim or a dip in the hot tub after a hike, a long day on the slopes, or just to relax! You have access to the Tennis townhome common area’s private outdoor pool, which is a heated pool and open year-round. The hot tub is located just inside the clubhouse with a large garage-type door, you can enjoy a dip in the hot tub while opening the door for some fresh air! Keystone Convenience Mart – Just a couple-minute walk from your front door at Tennis Townhomes is the Keystone Grocery and Liquor, which also has a gas station. No need for a long drive to Dillon when you just need to pick up a few things from the store – Keystone Grocery is right there!
