The space The first thing you will notice is : you are in a safe neighborhood. 43rd street is unique because it quiet, but busy enough so that you do not feel isolated. Cars drive by nearly throughput the nite and there is enough pedestrian traffic up and down this street so you are constantly in within the presence of other passers-by. The building is an old Victorian with its charming porch, lots of wood trims and high ceilings. The space was recently renovated and resplendently furnished. You are barely a block from renowned Clark park which becomes a farmers market on Saturdays. Check it out if you are in town. You are also surrounded by a great variety of restaurants and gathering spots. Guest access The building's common lobby which is right out of your own door. You may decide to host guest here instead of in your unit. The laundry is also available to longer staying guests - 4 days or more. Other things to note The lobby in the building is also yours to enjoy. You sit there, entertain there.
