Modern and Bright Laurelhurst Abode

Our one bedroom cottage is completely private, accessible by a separate walkway, and has an outdoor patio. Extra time was spent choosing finishes and creating a modern, comfortable, and light-filled space. You’ll find everything you need for a weekend in Portland, or a long-term stay. We’ve outfitted a full kitchen, full bathroom with luxurious tub and plush towels, a bedroom with a queen mattress and soft bedding, washer and dryer, and lots of extra touches. The space Light-filled and modern, our 425 sq ft guest house is fitted with all you'll need for your time in Portland. From Stark street, you'll take the separate walkway to your own private fenced entrance, head through the courtyard, and open the front door (with keypad) into the main living area consisting of a full kitchen, dining area, and a couch to lounge on. There is a small laundry room with full size washer and dryer, ironing board, and extra supplies. A full bathroom with soaking tub/shower is supplied and a bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and clothes storage. A private patio welcomes you to unwind at night with a glass of wine or welcome the day with a cup of coffee. The Wifi is consistent and sufficient for streaming services. Traveling with a little one? We've got a pack-and-play, highchair, and baby toys available upon request. The space is comfortable for two and can snugly accommodate three with the modular couch made up into a twin bed. Plenty of un-metered street parking is available on our street. Up the stairs, follow the path past the house - access the space using a latch to the left of the gate. A short walkway further opens up to the patio and front door.
