Furman / Swamp Rabbit Trail - House in the Woods

Our comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood is only a block away from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and Furman Univ. on the outskirts of Traveler's Rest (TR), SC. In 15 min you can walk to Furman Lake / campus or bike to downtown TR via the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Falls Park in downtown Greenville is a 20 min drive or a 40 min bike ride on the trail. With 2 living rooms, a large kitchen, and a backyard deck this house provides a lot of living space for you and your friends or family. The space Our 2,160 sq ft house has 2 large living rooms, a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a small sunroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a small desk, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a desk and shares an across the hall bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is an office with a pull-out futon bed that is a double. You could use this room as a dedicated office, but we often rent it out as the third bedroom. The sunroom also has a desk with a loveseat, and it can be used as an office space. Guest access When renting the entire house, you have access to the whole house. We have equipment stored in the basement/garage, but you can access the basement/garage and there is some amount of storage for your things as well. We might be able to be somewhat flexible on move-in / move-out days as we have provided a "buffer" for after we will depart for the Summer and return in the Fall.
