This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence. The space No pool access. Can use the small house, back porch and the Gazebo area Other things to note Absolutely no smoking! If smoking is discovered security deposit will not be returned!!
