Our dog-friendly beach resort is just 1 block from the ocean. Fully equipped 2BR, 1.5BA townhome with king & twin XL beds, washer/dryer, BBQ, firepit, private lit backyard & balcony. The space Centrally located in Cocoa Beach, our townhomes put you right in the heart of Florida's surf and sun. We're just 1 block from the beach, 1.5 miles to the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, and 1 mile to Port Canaveral. Across the street is the Cocoa Beach Grand Prix for family-friendly golf-cart racing. Next door is ziplining, mini golf, and arcade games at Gator Land. Our homes come equipped with beach essentials like bikes, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers so you can hit the sand anytime. Inside, stretch out in the cozy living room or cook up a meal in the fully-stocked kitchen. Each townhome has a private backyard with space to grill, relax, or gather around the firepit under the stars. We provide the amenities you need like Keurig coffee, toiletries, laundry supplies, and more. With quick access to the beach, surf shops, restaurants, and activities, our Cocoa Beach townhomes let you experience it all! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire two-bedroom townhome during their stay. This includes the master bedroom, second bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room, private backyard courtyard, and balcony. The courtyard is equipped with a barbecue grill and full propane tank, as well as a firepit and stack of firewood for your enjoyment. You'll also have access to the beach shack which is stocked with beach cruisers, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach wagons, umbrellas, and more for fun at the beach. We provide a unique entry code prior to arrival for easy self check-in. If any issues come up, don't hesitate to reach out by phone or text.
