Owners suite on ground floor, with 2 TV's & Sleep Number bed. Gourmet kitchen w/ 2 ovens, fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery & glassware. Business center facilities in separate office room. Fully fenced back yard. Community pool, beach, picnic area, hiking trails, tennis & basketball courts are all for guest use. Wifi, TV's Roku/Firestick The space Separate laundry room with Samsung washer & dryer. Pets welcome (dogs ONLY) no breed or size limit, however 2 pets maximum please. Gated community with 24 hour security. The home is purposed for long term stays, so there is no cleaning scheduled during your visit. Starter amenities such as coffee, tea, creamer, bathroom amenities including toilet paper are provided, but will not be replenished. Guest access Ample parking at the house. The neighborhood is walking/biking friendly. Other things to note This home is purposed for long term stays, with a desired duration of 6-12 months. Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and serving utensils. Ninja blender, crockpot, Instapot are all available for guest use. BBQ grill on back patio, propane to be provided by tenant and cleaned respectfully for the use of future guests. If the grill is not cleaned, guests may face up to a $50 deduction from security deposit. The community has 24 hour security. You will be asked for your vehicle details prior to arrival. If you have any additional guests or visitors during your stay, you will either need to pick them up at the gate, or inform your host in advance so that a gate pass can be prepared. There are covenants & restrictions; dogs must be leashed and are not allowed at the beach, garbage cans must be brought back up to the house, vehicles cannot pass golf carts, among other rules that will be provided upon check in.
