1 Acre Private Island Cottage (Sat Check In/Out)

Get brought out to the island on a Saturday, you and your dogs can enjoy a vacation on your own private island. And then get picked up a week later on Saturday. A week to swim, fish, bird watch, camp fires, grilling, kayaks, the works. Full functioning kitchen, indoor shower, outdoor shower, screened porch, 10 minute canoe to shore, canoe provided. The space Have an entire island all to yourself! Enjoy a 1 acre island on beautiful Lake Iroquois. Just 20 minutes from Burlington. Dogatraz Island is the perfect get away for total isolation and all the amenities. Kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dining area, wood stove, screened porch with captain's bed, bedroom with queen sized bed, loft above bedroom can be made to sleep 2, and a sectional couch. Currently, full shower/sink in the cabin, and outdoor shower/sink. A brand new gravity toilet has been installed on the island steps from the cottage door. It offers an amazing view of the lake! All water is potable and filtered for safe drinking. Outdoor seating area with fire pit, dock, swimming, fishing, sunsets, canoe, kayaks. A great place to vacation and give your dog(s) total freedom (please pick up after your dog). Safety and Children: As an island, it is inherently an unsafe place in general if you are not comfortable with the outdoors. And no effort has been made to child proof the island nor the cottage. In general, we do not allow children under 15 to rent the island. And in all cases, additional releases will be required. Guest access We will take you, all of your stuff, and your dogs out to the island in our pontoon boat on Saturday at 4PM ET. After that, the entire island and cottage are yours to explore and enjoy. And we will then pick you up at the end of your stay a week later at 11AM ET and bring you back to to he parking area. In general, we have seating areas for socialization, swimming, and hanging out. As an island, the trees and landscape can be very delicate. So everything is there for you to enjoy but not to negatively impact the health of the island. Registration Details MRT-10126712.
