163 Heron Marsh #64 is a condo located in the Heron Marsh area of the Litchfield by the Sea Resort. It's right beside the beach access and is a very short walk to the ocean. It has two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a bonus room off the master set up as a children's room. The resort includes a pool, tennis courts, fishing, crabbing, and is great for biking. It is located in the quiet coastal town of Pawley's Island, but is within an easy drive of the attractions in Myrtle Beach. The space This is a raised beach condo in a relaxed lowcountry resort. The first floor includes a family room with comfortable sofas and a large flat screen Smart TV with cable as well as the ability to access your streaming services, a newly remodeled galley-style kitchen with all the dishes you need to cook and eat at home if you want to, as well as a stocked coffee bar and a stacked washer/dryer, and a dining room with seating for 7. A deck off the main family room is great for relaxing in the sun. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed and cable TV, and an attached full bath on the first floor. Upstairs, you will find the large master bedroom with king size bed, cable TV, and walk in closet, attached full bathroom, as well as a small bonus room with 2 twin beds that would work well as sleeping space for small children. Included in the unit is a portacrib and high chair. Linens (towels and all sheets) are included, and beds are made and ready upon arrival. Wifi is available throughout the unit. Litchfield by the Sea is a gated oceanfront resort with 24 hour security. There is also a pool for Heron Marsh residents, tennis courts, biking/walking trails, fishing and crabbing areas, as well as a full service Starbucks, a restaurant and a beach-style bar on the property. Parking, as well as a screened porch with bikes and beach chairs and toys, is located under the unit, as well as nearby. A hammock offers a relaxing place to enjoy the fresh air, and an outside shower gives you a convenient place to rinse the sand away. A gas grill stored in the screen porch can be pulled out and used for grilling. Rents Sunday-Sunday from Memorial Day weekend through the second week of August. Inquire about off season discounts for weekly/monthly rentals. *Litchfield by the Sea Resort does not allow trailers, motorcycles, boats, etc. in the resort. Please contact host for alternative places these vehicles can be parked. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo except small owner storage closet. Other things to note Litchfield by the Sea now charges a $15 per night "resort fee". This fee is embedded into the overall rental cost per night; you do not have to pay anything additional. We apologize for this fee; it is not our choice and we do not get this money, Litchfield by the Sea does.
