Bright, Cool, Spacious Venice Flat with Plants!

The unit is big and bright and has three rooms, one with a bed. One of them is a bedroom with a giant window. There is a patio off of the bedroom, it is narrow but nice to step out on with your morning coffee. The second room is a gym with an elliptical, a squat machine and weights. And the third room is an office. The unit is a great place for a single or couple that is working from home as the unit is large enough for two people to work without bothering one another. The space The living room area is spacious and open with lots of light. The kitchen is open. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and oven. The oven temperature gauge is an internal thermometer which is no problem unless you are very into baking and need extremely precise temp, then this might not be your dream kitchen. The bathroom is bright and white and filled with plants. Blowup mattress can easily be put in the office for guests. The sofa is also extremely comfortable. Wifi is solid. There is also a cute electric fireplace in the living room that is nice to cozy up next to. The TV is older and not massive, but it works and has Roku. There are two giant closets for clothes as well as a dresser with huge drawers. Tons of space for clothing. All of the cooking necessities, pots, pans, juicer, baking equipment, dishes, etc. Hair dryer and some curling tools. Towels and some beach towels. Easy place to just arrive in and feel like you are home. Decor is artsy and cool. There is no AC but basically no one on the westside has or needs AC. There are fans in the closet if there is ever a heatwave. The unit has a heater which you likely won’t need but warms the place quickly. THE BUILDING Five units total. There is small communal patio as well. The building itself and the neighbors are quiet and respectful (and needs to stay that way). This is a great place to work from home from. There is a communal washer/dryer that is operated by quarters. It is always open. Sadly, no pets. THE AREA Venice is the best. Less than a mile from the beach, easy to ride bikes or scooters around. Abbot Kinney is a ten minute walk, just off of Lincoln which has heaps of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Extremely walkable. Always street parking within a block. It is Venice so it is not super quiet, normal city sounds. Please feel free to email with any questions!
