Our renovated 3 bd, 2.5 ba modern retreat features an open concept kitchen with a beautiful island, appliances, a large spa like master bath with a huge shower, amenities for littles, built in Bluetooth speakers and all new furnishings! Just minutes from Lucas Oil stadium, Bankers Life, The Children's Museum of Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Zoo, Fountain Square is the central location for making new memories. The space Our home has been thoughtfully furnished for you and your family's comfort. All of our doors are equipped with key-less entry and you'll receive your own custom code. There are little comforts like a gas range, modern ceiling fans, Bluetooth speakers, USB outlets and wireless charging stations for your phones. All of the beds are memory foam with high thread count sheets. Traveling with young children? Our home is equipped with amenities for the littles as well. We have stools for them to reach the sinks, a booster seat for the baby and even a full set of children's plates, cups and utensils. We can provide a crib or bed railings upon request as well. The kitchen is also fully stocked for your cooking needs, including a Keurig coffee maker, an electric kettle, blender and a toaster. The washer and dryer closet is a special feature of our home with high end machines. Our home can also accommodate your canine family member on a first come, first serve basis. There is a small $25 pet cleaning fee that will be added to your booking. (Dogs only, no cats allowed and limited to 1 dog per family). Guest access Please note that this is a shared property. The Carriage Retreat is a studio apartment above the garage and it is a separate listing. The common area is just the backyard. The main house has full use of the front porch and back deck. The Carriage Retreat tenant has use of the backyard patio that is adjacent to the garage and everyone is expected to share the remainder of the backyard.
