Welcome to North Star, a 6 BR home located in the premier, gated community of Four Seasons in Duck. Located equidistant to the heart of Duck & the beach, North Star offers all of the amenities one could ask for including a pool and hot tub. The layout of the house has space for everyone & is perfect for family gatherings! **Weekly rental with Friday turnovers during the summer season *FREE $500 beach gear credit included with every booking! The space "North Star" has 6 bedrooms with all ensuite bathrooms. The pool area offers plenty of lounge chairs, a hot tub, bar and outdoor shower. Top Floor: Living room with plenty of comfy seating, dining room, kitchen, office, master bedroom (King) and a half bath. Middle Floor: 4 bedrooms - (King, King, Queen, 2 Twins) Bottom Floor: Bunk room (two bunkbeds) and game room with a pool table, sitting area with TV and a kitchenette. ***Enjoy a $500 credit for complimentary vacation gear with your stay! After booking, you’ll receive a link to reserve your free beach equipment, including bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, surfboards, body boards, and more. It’s an easy way to travel lighter and make the most of your OBX vacation! Guest access Guests have full access to the home and pool area. Other things to note *Weekly rental with Friday check-in during the summer *Pool opens for the season on April 26 *No trailers or boats in the driveway. *All of the TVs include the Spectrum app, so you will maintain access to local channels. Additionally, the WiFi has been upgraded to support the bandwidth required to work from home (or stream movies in every room). All of the TVs have an HDMI cable for attaching your own device, and if you're an Apple user, all of the TVs have Apple AirPlay. *The neighborhood has a garbage can service where they pull them to and from the road - so no need to worry about that!
