For safety reasons, balcony access may be temporarily restricted during active work and until completion. Guests may experience construction noise, including drilling and hammering, as well as occasional visual disruptions during working hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). Please note that the 1st-floor pool is temporarily closed while work is in progress. The 5th-floor pool remains open for guests. Project completion is currently estimated for the end of June; however, timelines may vary depending on weather conditions and building operations. Guest access The property is so close to the beach that from the ground floor pool, all you have to do is open the gate, walk a few steps, and you’re on Miami Beach. Nothing stands between you, the beach and the ocean. Monte Carlo offers great amenities as well. You can go to the pool area located on the 5th floor and enjoy the spectacular view. Also, if you feel like doing some exercise, there is a great gym space right by the pool – you can get on a treadmill with a panoramic view of the ocean.
