The space I aim to provide my guests with a beautifully decorated modern setting outfitted specifically as a short term vacation rental with the quality and consistency of a luxury hotel brand. No spaces are shared with others. The main home is reserved for you. A spacious modern industrial rental for up to 4 guests located 1 block from Theodore Wirth Park, which provides direct access to bike trails, running and walking paths, swimming beaches, two golf courses, and the Loopet Trailhead Center. This Minneapolis gem is perfect for business travelers or a romantic getaway. COVID-19 response: We guarantee the house is deeply cleaned, and sanitized. All frequently touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, thermostats, railings, etc are disinfected. Linens are washed at high temperatures. ————— CHECK-IN ————— Upon arrival, the property manager will greet you when available. If unavailable you can let yourself in with the keypad lock -- you will receive the code via airbnb messenger prior to check-in. ————— BEDROOM ————— A high-quality king sized-bed with ultra soft linens, hygienic mattress protector, semi-black-out drapes were selected for your optimal night-sleep, 32" HD Smart TV with free access to Hulu, Netflix, and Disney Plus. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows. ——————— LIVING ROOM ——————— The living area is open and light-filled, with lots of art and a sliding glass door and matching side windows. There's a large sofa, comfortable chair and matching ottoman, and a full sized sofa sleeper with foam cushioning for extra comfort that sleeps 2 people. We invested in a double layered sleep sofa cushion making this just as comfortable if not more than the upper lofts king's sized Pillow Top Serta mattress. 55" HD Smart TV with free access to Hulu, Netflix, and Disney Plus. In the adjoining corner nook, there is a modern computer desk with laptop stand and cityscape decor with Bluetooth speaker creating the perfect conditions for productivity. The downstairs living room is our favorite spot to kick back and soak up the sun or watch a movie. ————— KITCHEN ————— The kitchen has everything you need to make wonderful meals. Brand new stainless steel appliances (stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator), farm sink, granite countertops, cups, bowls, plates, utensils, and wine glasses. This kitchen provides all the necessary amenities including coffee maker, tea, and essential seasonings. Our custom built kitchen nook with cushioned seats and back pillows is the perfect quaint setting for meals. —————— BATHROOM —————— Full sized bathroom with deep whirlpool soaker jet tub. Perfect for helping you refresh after a long day of shopping at the Mall of America or walking Theodore Wirth Parkway right outside your front door. This bathroom is fully stocked with a tub/shower combo, toilet, sink, toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand sanitizer, and hand soap), towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light! ————— LAUNDRY ————— There is an energy efficient LG washer + dryer with environmentally friendly detergent and fabric softeners, fully free and open for you to use at any time. ————————— OUTDOORS ————————— There is a fully renovated backyard with outdoor furniture to gather, two fire pits, hammock, and a gas grill you can utilize while you soak under the sun. It also includes a brand new outdoor hot tub. It is important to mention that the backyard is shared with the main house and the other airbnb unit attached. A large outdoor dining table and chairs can be rented upon request. ————————— OTHER AMENITIES ————————— The home is equipped with high speed internet WIFI, ceiling fans, and two portable fans, Central A/C and heating control by a nest thermostat easily adjusted by each guest to optimal comfort. Off street parking on the main street, which can accommodate multiple cars at no cost. There are personal touches everywhere in this house, all decor handpicked. WE really want you to experience the home and feel like you live here. ———— SAFETY ———— As guests, your safety is highly important to us. Having effective measures in place can greatly reduce the risk of injury/harm in the occasion of an emergency. The main safety features included are: smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher ———————————————— LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION ———————————————— This "Luxury Hideaway'' is located conveniently close to all major destinations in the Twin Cities including: US Bank Stadium - (9 min drive), Target Field (7 min drive), Target Center (7 min drive), Downtown Minneapolis (7 min drive), MSP Airport (27 min drive). Located nearby the popular Northeast, North Loop, Downtown, and Uptown neighborhoods and trendy restaurants. Other things to note ——————— HOUSE RULES ——————— There are only a few house rules that come along with this home and we ask guests politely to respect them. Let's work together to achieve the optimal experience. Doing your part means: no smoking, no pets, check in anytime after 4PM, check out by 11AM, and respect quiet hours (10pm-7am). Lastly, we do not allow any parties of any kind unless written approval is given. ————— PARKING ————— We ask all our guests to utilize free street parking on "Washburn Avenue N" and to ensure to watch for signs from the City of Minneapolis for street cleaning or block offs for events.
